Soy Ginger Ahi Fillets




Combine the following in a resealable plastic bag:

1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 large cloves garlic, grated
1 inch piece of ginger, grated
4 Ahi tuna fillets

Combine marinade ingredients in bag and mix well. Add Ahi fillets and marinate for several hours or overnight. Grill to desired degree of doneness.
