Sesame-Ginger Salad Dressing

1/3 cup light olive oil
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon agave nectar or maple syrup
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger, or more to taste
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Combine all ingredients in a tightly lidded jar. Shake well before each use. Refrigerate whatever is not used at once; bring to room temperature before using.
