Technical difficulties
Technically, I don't have time to post (or cook, either), as I have been working 15 hour days for the past two weeks. So...sorry, but it is what it is. I have made one new recipe, and have been falling back on some others. We are working on becoming vegetarians--we've talked about it, but decided to take the leap and just do it. May I just say that it might be better to undertake something like that when one has time to think (or sleep)? So, I'll check back in a few days from now, hopefully with something to share. TTFN.

hey, cookin4love--- hope the vegetarian decision is going ojkay for you. try the broccoli-noodle casserole sometime, if you haven't already, from The Big Book of casseroles. Canice has posted it many times, so searches should reveal it readily. i just noticed that we're in the same age/life pattern group, me having ogne veg too about 12 years ago, and thought i'd check out your blog. Nice! see you CLBB.
I'll have to search for the casserole; it does sound good. We have gone almost vegan, so that presents some challenges. I don't feel quite adept at modifying recipes yet, but practice makes perfect. It's nice to see you--if you tell me who you are, I'll watch for you on the CLBB. :-)
